Järbo Yarn

The textile traditions of Järbo stretches back to the 1890s as the wool factory  then included besides yarn production also weaving, dyeing and finishing. In the 1960s, the business concentrated itself on yarn and then primarily industrial yarns for manufacturing of furniture fabrics, carpets, curtains and more.

Production of handicraft yarns have in past years been of small scale, but from the early 1980s this sector has increased significantly in scope.
